What we collect

We collect only what the program needs to run:

• Student accounts: display name, email, and a password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Parent sign-ups: your name, email, your child’s name and age, which guilds you’re interested in, and any notes you send us.
• Schoolwork: lesson submissions, code, trial attempts, and XP records — this is how we review progress and award ranks.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal data. We don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don’t show ads. Student work stays inside the program.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep students and parents logged in. That’s it — no tracking cookies, no analytics fingerprinting.

Parents’ rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about your child, correct it, or have it deleted along with the account. Deleting an account removes the student’s work and records with it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new “last updated” date.
