The program

CodeConjurer Academy offers live online programming lessons for kids ages 9–14. Students join one or more guilds (Webweavers, Codewrights, Worldbuilders, Serverstewards), each running 8-week terms with one live lecture per guild per week, take-home lessons, and assignments. Progress is tracked with XP and guild ranks from Initiate to Master, earned through submitted work and rank trials.

Enrollment

Students enroll through the Enroll page or a parent signs up through the Parents page. Enrollment is confirmed after review — enrolling does not guarantee a spot. Terms run 8 weeks; students may enroll in more than one guild per term.

Tuition and payment

Tuition is $99.00 CAD per month for one guild ($24.75 CAD per lesson), with the price dropping per additional guild ($79.20 CAD, $59.40 CAD, $39.60 CAD/month for the second, third, and fourth guild). An 8-week term is billed as 2 months. A 25% founders discount and a 5% sibling discount can stack on top of the multi-guild price, in that order. Payment happens after acceptance, from the Billing page — never before your child has a confirmed spot.

If you need to cancel mid-term, write to us and we’ll work something out fairly. We don’t do fine print ambushes.

Conduct

Students are expected to behave in live lectures and when submitting work — no harassment, no cheating on trials, no sharing account access. Repeated disruption can end an enrollment, with unused tuition returned.

These terms can change as the program grows. The current version is always the one on this page; significant changes will be announced before they take effect.
